General: Grew up with a ten year older brother, whose interest in hard rock and punk in the late seventies forever coloured Tor Olav's musical preferences. Whenever birds of prey becomes too poppy, count on him to be there to change it... well, try anyway! He is responsible for the name of the band, having come up with it after a series of more or less hopeless suggestions from the other members. That's what he claims at least! Being the oldest member of the band he is also the one with  the most responsibilities besides the music, being a family man with a steady day job and all. Believes in a no frills attitude towards his bass playing; 'whatever suits the song, suits me' is his motto.
